Cave Tools Rib Roast BBQ Rack ~ #Review #Ad #Spon

Disclosure: I received free product in exchange for my honest opinion.

Cave Tools Rib Roast BBQ Rack

It's getting cooler in Michigan where I live and we are not grilling like we did in the summer months recently. This time of the year I start using the oven more and just do more cooking in general.

In the past I have had the pleasure to review a number of different items from a company which is called Cave Tools. They have many quality gadgets and accessories to make your grilling experience easier! Plus some of their products can be used in the oven, like the Rib Roast BBQ Rack, which I will tell you about in a moment!

A few reviews among others I have done for Cave Tools in the past were for Beer Can Chicken Roasting Rack & Vegetable Spikes and Pigtail Food Flippers which you can read by clicking on the link. I have always been satisfied with the way Cave Tools products are made with quality and not something that will break after using them a couple of times.

This time I got to try the Cave Tools Rib Roast BBQ Rack which can be used for other meats besides ribs. You can use them for roasts, chicken, hams, turkeys and whatever you can think of! With the holidays coming upon us soon this will be a great item to have in your kitchen!

The rack is made of solid 100% stainless steel and consists of spacer bars so your meat can get evenly cooked, which is a big plus. I bought a rack of ribs yesterday so today was the perfect time to try out this neat looking Rib Roast BBQ Rack!

Before using it I washed it with soap and water, then dried it. Then cut up my slab of ribs and placed the pieces in between the space bars. Since I was using the oven I placed the rack on a cookie sheet lined with foil to keep my oven from getting dirtier than it is.Yes, I have to get at that job one of these days, haha. I think something as a tray for under the rack would be nice to go with this item.

I baked my ribs for about 2 hours and threw in a few baked potatoes to go with the ribs. I couldn't believe how nicely it made my ribs bake so evenly. It definitely is a lot better than putting them in another type of pan or casserole dish that I've used in the past.

I brushed on some barbecue sauce after they were baked a couple of hours and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.

My husband loved the ribs and thought they turned out great and evenly cooked! I was really happy about it myself and can't wait to use it again for some other types of meat, such as a ham or turkey.

Cleaning the rack is easy since it can be put in a dishwasher or if you prefer wash it just as well by hand.

You can purchase this neat Cave Tools Rib Roast BBQ Rack on their website or on Amazon. The folks from Cave Tools has a great discount code you can use to save 15% off when you order. Just use the code shown below. When you place your order you also get a free download of a recipe book called "The Grillmasters Essential Barbecue Recipe Book".
