My Thoughts:

If you watched television in the 80's you may have seen Highway To Heaven like my family did. It was a heart felt weekly television program which starred Michael Landon. You may know Landon from Bonanza as "Little Joe" in the 60's. He was also on the popular television show Little House on the Prairie in the 70's which was a great family show based on the books of Laura Ingalls Wilder. He was always a wonderful actor who I enjoyed watching on all three of these shows.

Back to Highway to Heaven, which also starred Victor French who paired up with Michael Landon well as a team. Landon portrayed Jonathan Smith and was sent from God to go across the country and help people with their specific problems they were having in their lives and change their lives for the better. French portrayed Mark Gordon who was a former policeman who traveled with him and was kind of like his side-kick.

If you like watching some interesting television that will uplift you, this DVD may be for you.You can purchase this DVD from Mill Creek Entertainment for $14.98.

  1. I remember that show! I also loved Little House on the Prairie. This DVD would be a really neat treat for families to watch together now. You can't find good wholesome shows like this on tv anymore.

    1. You are so right, Brenda! I wish they would make more shows like this these days. I don't even watch regular television any more.
