Disclosure: I received free product for review and all opinions expressed here are my own.

I had the opportunity to receive 30 ROCK The Complete Series recently for a product review. This is a television show that I had always heard was very funny, but really hadn't watched it when it aired from 2006 to 2013. I might have see a few parts here and there but just didn't get around to watching it.

The series includes some stars which I am sure you have heard of including Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan Jane Krakowski, and Jack McBrayer. It was produced by Lorne Michael whom you might know as the producer of Saturday Night Live.

This series is named after 30 Rockefeller Plaza which is in New York City. It is also the address of the Comcast Building and where Saturday Night Live is filmed. The series includes 7 seasons of  episodes.

Tina Fey portrays Liz Lemon who is a head writer of a live sketch comedy series called TGS. Alec Baldwin is usually a dramatic actor but is quite funny in this as he portrays the network executive.

This series kind of reminds me a little of The Office because of it's comedic day to day life with a group of various personalities. The difference is this series is about what goes on in the production of the late night comedy show called TGS.

It has quick wit and laughs and I'm enjoying watching the first season so far. If you are a fan of Tina Fey this series sounds like one you will probably enjoy. The characters are quirky and it's keeping me entertained so far.

If you are interested in getting 30 ROCK The Complete Series it is available at Mill Creek Entertainment.
