I put my laptop in it and loved how comfortable it was around my shoulders, with no pinching or pain. The straps also have safety reflector strips attached which are a nice addition in case you are taking a hike in the woods at night to keep you visible to your companions.
I like that the backpack also has a built in zippered safety pocket which you can put your phone or other valuable items to keep safe and in place. Plus there are a couple of space layers for other items you want to take along. If that's not all, there is a headphone jack which is so nice to have also!

I like that blue color! It seems like a really nice backpack to have. Waterproof ones are important for laptops or even final papers that have to be turned in!
