OGX Summer Must Haves @OGX_Beauty #OGXPERT

The dog days of summer are here and it is hot, humid and dry where I live. The sultry days are so lazy and I just feel like lying around lately. Summer sun, coloring/highlighting and blow drying regularly can wreak havoc on your hair and leave it brittle and drier than a cactus. When an awesome box from OGX Beauty arrived on my doorstep I was happy as a lark!

First of all the Weightless Oil + Lifting Tonic is a great product to hydrate your hair and give it more volume. It's a pretty blue color which reminds me of a beautiful exotic ocean. It has a nice fresh scent which isn't overpowering but very appealing. All you do to use is spritz some on your wet or dry hair. You don't have to rinse it out either! It's a nice way to give hair a lift without weighing it down. My niece Lisa was here to visit and she loved it on her hair!

The Argan Oil of Morocco Miracle In-Shower Oil is a product that has many uses! It is an oil that is good for damaged hair - plus it can be used for dry skin. It smells really good and all you need is a drop or two for your hair to use as a treatment before you shampoo.

 You can also use it as an addition with your shampoo or conditioner to help nourish and make your hair silky smooth. I also like using it after showering because it smells so good on my skin and makes it so soft and silky. My niece thought this worked well on her long curly hair also.

Next, the Weightless Hydration Coconut Water Shampoo smells so divine, like freshly cut coconuts from an exotic island. It is a clear shampoo and thoroughly rinses clean. The coconut water helps to strengthen hair and it doesn't leave my hair weighed down or oily. I usually don't use conditioner as it tends to make my hair greasy looking but tried the Weightless Hydration + Coconut Water Conditioner and just used a small dab on my hair. This conditioner smells as good as the shampoo and it rinses clean without leaving it with a greasy look.

The Renewing + Argan Oil of Morocco Voluminous Mousse is a foam-like product and you can use it on wet or dry hair alike. To use all you do is shake and use your desired amount, depending on your hair length. I only have to use a tiny amount. It's great for managing your hair and gives it a nice shine.

Last was the Moroccan Surf Paste which is a type of product I usually use on my hair. The scent reminds me of a fresh ocean breeze. I don't like to spend a lot of time on my hair and this makes it look like I did. I only use a small dab on my short hair after drying and thoroughly distribute, from the roots to the ends. Then just use my fingers to scrunch and get the desired style I want. It's great to make hair look more stylish and volumous.

We were pretty happy with the OGX Summer Must Haves that we got to try out! OGX Beauty products has products for any type of hair you may have. I like that their products are paraben free and are not tested on animals.
