Extra-Large Table Easel For Cookbooks, iPads or Tablets #review #usartsupply

US Art Supply Extra-Large Wooden Bookrack Table Easel & Cookbook Holder

I know sometimes I've looked in a cookbook and have a hard time reading the recipe because of it laying flat on the kitchen counter. It would be nice not to have to bend over but have the recipe right at my fingertips and so much easier to read. One way to do that is with the US Art Supply Extra-Large Wooden Bookrack Table Easel & Cookbook Holder that I recently received.

This is a beautiful looking solid wood easel which is made of hand sanded aged beechwood and is oil finished. The wood is nice and smooth to the touch and it's a sturdy easel. I like how nice it stands and can be adjusted for 3 different angles where the nothches are located on the backside.

Beside using it for my cookbooks, it can be used for many other purposes. It will accomodate a canvas or panel for painting up to 14 inches wide. Other uses could be for holding your iPad or tablet to make it easier to see when it's sitting up. A nice feature is the fold out tray that includes two flip up page holders (which I didn't notice until after I took this picture). This helps to keep your page in place.

When you're done using this easel all you do it fold it flat. It folds to less than an inch for very easy storage. You can slide it in a drawer or put in a cabinet because of the slimness.

To get your own you may find it on Amazon.

Disclosure: I received a free product for review purposes and all opinions expressed here are my own.

  1. That does look really nice. That would make it much easier, to have a page holder. That's great that it folds flat because I'm really trying to cut down on my kitchen counter clutter, so it sounds like it would be easy to store when not in use. I get tired of trying to read my cookbooks flat too. Sounds like a good solution.

  2. It is a nice item and the page holder is very neat for cookbooks. That's what I like using it for myself. So much easier this way.
