Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale (400 Lbs Edition), In Tempered Glass With Step-on Activation, Black  ~ Review

I'm one to weigh myself right away in the morning before breakfast. It's something I do every other day, but lately I know I've been snacking a little too much at night. I'm trying to shed a few pounds before it gets to be shorts season.

To help me keep track of my weight I have a brand new Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale. This is a beautiful scale made of tempered glass in a sleek black color. It is a nice wide scale which has an LCD display to show the numbers.

I received the scale packaged very securely and in great condition with no problem. You don't have to worry about purchasing a battery right away because it includes a Lithium battery which you insert into the back of the scale. There's also no tapping required to activate the scale or turn it on.

This scale is really shiny and modern looking indeed. It is advised to store your scale in a dry location to avoid moisture from accumulating on the weighing sensors and electronics. Also dust and dirt can cause inaccuracy or malfunction. I don't keep mine in the bathroom but actually have it under a cabinet in the hall next to my bathroom to keep it dry.

To use the scale you should use it on a hard flat surface.Your scale auto-calibrates once before the first use and then after each time the scale detects that it has been moved or picked up to another location. The directions say to disregard the first weight, and step off the scale to allow it to turn off. This will complete the
calibration process.

After it is calibrated you can proceed to weigh yourself. The scale calculates while you are weighing yourself until you see the final weight which remains on the screen. I like that the scale automatically turns off after ten seconds or so, to preserve the battery.

I found the scale to be pretty accurate according to my old bathroom scale. This is going to be nice to keep track of my weight from now on, and get ready for the summer months.  The scale weighs up to 400 pounds and you can change the units of measurements between pounds, kilograms and British stones. All you do is use the Unit switch which is located under the scale.

The Ozeri Precision Digital Bath Scale is a scale that meets my needs and is only $15.95 on Amazon.

  1. The scale does look very nice. That's good that it's similar to your old scale. I bought a new scale a few years back and it was way off from my old one, so I just stuck with my old one. Thanks for the review. It seems like a nice affordable scale to own.
