If you are like me you want to watch your calories and am always looking for ways to lose weight, or at least not gain more. I really have to watch what I eat or I'm gaining weight. It sure changes when you get a little older, lol.

You can weigh your food with the bowl or if you don't want to use it, you can weigh directly on the scale's platform. It also has a tare function to subtract the weight of the bowl for an accurate net weight of your food.
This is an attractive looking kitchen scale which measures your food digitally. I like that it is lightweight and not a big bulky scale. It's so easy to read because of the high contrast blue backlight that make the measurements show up brightly.
The Smart Weigh Precision Digital Kitchen Scale has a measuring range of 4.4 lb/2kg weight capacity to a readability of 0.01 grams. It also has multiple measurement modes such as: g, oz, ozt and dwt so you can set it to the mode you desire. The scale takes two AA batteries which are included so it's all set to go when your receive it. All you do is press the on/off button to turn it on, wait until 0.0 is displayed and you are ready to go.
