I'm always peeling some type of vegetable and am constantly searching in the kitchen drawer for a peeler. I have an old fashioned peeler that really doesn't work the greatest and it can be a pain to use it.

When I had the chance to try the Priority Chef Dual Julienne and Vegetable Peeler I was excited to say the least. 

This is a high quality peeler that is a solid and high quality kitchen tool. It has a beautiful brushed metal finish and has ultra sharp blades on both sides. One side of this wonderful kitchen tool has a vegetable peeler and the other side has a julienne tool. 

When I received the peeler I couldn't wait to try it out. Since we have a lot of cucumbers in our garden right now I thought I'd give it a try on them. To use it I lay the cucumber on a plate and it peels so smoothly and evenly. I just love this kitchen gadget! 

To clean I just wash with hot soapy water and rinse. I'm definitely going to be using this Priority Chef Dual Julienne and Vegetable Peeler a lot from now on. It's going to be great to make zoodles for stir-frys and the list is endless of what you could use it for.
