Soap Nuts Liquid Laundry Detergent #GVP -Review

I had not heard of Soap Nuts before trying out this product but have learned a lot since I received Soap Nuts Liquid Laundry Detergent, which is sold by Green Virgin Products.

Green Virgin Products sell only Sapindus Mukorossi soap nuts since they are the largest species and have the highest saponin content. What is saponin you might ask? Well, the shells of Sapindus Mukorossi soap nuts contain a natural soap which have cleaning abilities equal to toxic chemical detergents.

The saponin is extracted from the soap nuts and is combined with water to make a 100% non-toxic laundry detergent. This detergent is great for anyone who has allergies to other detergents because soap berries are hypo-allergenic.

For my review I received a bottle of Soap Nuts Liquid Laundry Detergent which comes in an 8 fluid ounce container. I like that it also comes with a pump activator which is great in that you just need 3 pumps per load for a top load machine or 2 pumps for an HE machine.

I couldn't wait to try out this product and had a load of towels and wash cloths to wash so I tried it right away.

I used 4 pumps of the Soap Nut Detergent since it was a large load. Afterwards I couldn't wait to take them out and see how they looked and smelled. I especially was interested in seeing how clean the wash cloths turned out. I have a habit of washing my makeup off with them every night.

Well, I am really impressed with this product! The Soap Nuts Detergent cleaned my towels and even got all the makeup out of my wash cloths!

The towels smelled clean and fresh also! I love the fact that there are no harsh chemicals in Soap Nuts Liquid Laundry Detergent and this little 8 ounce bottle can clean 120 HE Wash Loads which can save you a lot of money!

You can also use this product to make a great window cleaner which I'm going to try out next! All you do is dilute 50 parts water to 1 part soap liquid nuts to make your own window cleaner. You can also use it for light cleaning such as counter tops and even washing your car.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
