The first thing that I loved about this product was that the container is shaped like a wine bottle and everything you need is kept inside in it's own special place. 

The 5 piece set includes a stainless steel corkscrew with a foil cutting knife, a drip-stop collar, combination wine pourer/stopper, and a foil cutter.

The container opens and shuts very easily and has a magnetic locking closure. The outside of the case is a nice rubbery-like matte finish which has the Ozeri name on it. With this all-purpose set you won't have to worry about rummaging around in your kitchen drawers to find your corkscrew or whatever you may need. That has happened to me before and it's a pain when you know it's someplace but you can't find it when you need it.
