Purex plus CLOROX 2 Detergent #Review + GIVEAWAY!
My kids aren't little anymore but that doesn't mean that they don't get dirty clothes. One of my twin sons works as a cook and videographer at a camp while he's going to college. His twin brother works at a department store and likes to cook at home. With both of them doing cooking they sometimes get food stains on their clothes. Plus boys do tend to get their clothes a little stinky sometimes.
One thing I don't mind to do is laundry. Call me nutty, but I love getting my family's clothes clean and seeing them freshly laundered! There's a certain amount of accomplishment that I feel when the clothes go from dirty to smelling and looking clean - all hung or folded.
I had all the laundry done yesterday which is always a good feeling. Doing a couple of loads a day helps me keep up on the job. Well, this morning I noticed that one of my sons had cleaned his bedroom and there was a huge pile of clothes in the dirty clothes basket. Coincidentally, I got a box delivered today that said Purex on it! It was pretty exciting to open the box and find a new product which is the Purex plus Clorox 2 Detergent. Purex is already a staple of my laundry products because it's economical and does the job without breaking the bank. I'm always looking for ways to cut costs and using Purex really helps out.
New Purex plus Clorox 2 Detergent is different in that (if you haven't guessed already) it contains Clorox 2. I know everybody has used regular Clorox in the past and how great it helps to whiten your whites. This new detergent is different in that it's safe for colored clothes which is so fantastic. It contains 3 stain fighting enzymes which help to remove 100 types of stains!
I had a small load of towels after everyone took a shower and laundered all of my son's shirts he had filled the basket with. They turned out very nice and clean (and smelled good too)! The new Purex plus Clorox 2 Detergent was a hit with me and I plan on continuing to use it. I received the Original Fresh scent but it also comes in Sunny Linen scent which I'll try out next time I go shopping.
