I love snacks.......especially a snack that tastes good and is also good for me! One of my favorite snacks is nuts and I love chocolate and caramel so I was excited to try out some amazing bars which are called KIND Nuts & Spices Bars. Since I had not heard of KIND Healthy Snacks before I was interested in finding out about them. The KIND Healthy Snacks started in 2004 with only 8 varieties of bars and has grown to over 22 bars and 6 Healthy Grain snackable clusters. They have a multitude of new recipes being perfected and refined in their KIND kitchen.

I receive two bars of each flavor which included Caramel Almond & Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond. Sounds good already, right? They looked so good I actually hid them when I received them so my kids wouldn't eat them before I could sample them for my review, hee, hee.

The first bar I tried was the Caramel Almond & Sea Salt. First of all the bar looked amazing with whole almonds in them and the tasty caramel drizzled on them. Everyone knows that almonds have health benefits and I was really happy to try this out. 

I had a cup of hot tea with one of these tasty bars for my mid-afternoon snack. You know the feeling you get when you need a little pick me up around 3:00 or around that time. Anyways, I need something about this time.

I settled in my chair with my hot cup of tea and unwrapped the beautiful looking Caramel Almond & Sea Salt Bar. After my first bite my taste buds knew something was really yummy! I love the flavor combination of the caramel and sea salt. The almonds are so nice and crunchy and fit well with the whole bar. Now this was a real treat indeed!

I waited till the next day to try out the Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond Bar. For this bar I had a cup of coffee with it. The Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond Bar includes Dark Roast coffee and whole almonds which are blended with honey and are drizzled in dark chocolate. 

 I liked the combination of the dark chocolate and coffee which goes really well together. It's a rich and luxurious treat and goes well with a cup of coffee too! Both of these bars were tasty but I would say my favorite was the Caramel Almond & Sea Salt Bar.

I'm very impressed in that KIND Bars do not include anything artificial and only contain 5 grams of sugar. I've become a fan of KIND Bars and hope to try out some of their other flavors in the future!

KASHI SEA SALT & OLIVE OIL ALL NATURAL HUMMUS CRISPS - #REVIEW

Being a happy BzzAgent I get to try out new products and recently got to try out a great new snack product!  The product I got to try out is called Kashi Sea Salt & Olive Oil All Natural Hummus Crisps!

I have tried Kashi cereals before and know that it is a brand that is healthy for a person, which I like!  The Kashi Hummus Crisps were no exception!  These snacks are made with protein from chickpeas & whole grains.  They also are packed with 4 grams of fiber.

Since I am trying to eat more healthy the last year, I didn't feel guilty trying these delicious snacks because of the healthier ingredients.  I love the taste of sea salt and always use olive oil when cooking so thought I'd give them a try!

 Well, let me tell you, I enjoyed these little crisps quite a lot!  They are very flavorful with a nice combination of ingredients, including chickpeas, whole grains, and a bit of parsley. 

  They are not high in calories either.

I ate 27 of the crisps since the package says they only have 120 calories for that amount.  They were a nice change from any other chip or snack I've had in the last while.  It was good also to know that there is no high fructose corn syrup or any other artificial ingredient in these Kashi Hummus Crisps.

Next time I go to the store I'm going to buy their other two flavors which are Sundried Basil & Feta and Carmelized Onion which sound amazing also!

I got some coupons to share so I gave some to my sister and my neighbor.  They were really happy to get the $1.00 off two product coupons and can't wait to try them.

My husband took a look at all the flavors when I received them and said "this will be fun to review"!  He loves eating jerky, along with my twin sons.  My daughter wanted to try it too and especially liked the Mandarin Orange.  Hubby liked them all, especially the Hickory Black Pepper.  One of my favorites was the Chili Lime.  The twins couldn't pick just one favorite, they loved them all.  We all did agree that Golden Island is by far and no doubt the best jerky we ever had!
