Some of them have cream cheese and dill for ingredients. I have found some recipes that say to put vinegar on the slices and slice the cucumbers very thin. I have also saw a recipe to take the seeds out of them or use English or seedless cucumbers.
What is the best bread to use? I wonder if anyone would know a great recipe we could use. She would like them to look nice and taste good too!
Sorry, wish I could help, but I've never had a cucumber sandwich before either. I have heard of them before though. Maybe some of the church ladies that you or your mom know, might have hosted a tea party before, and would know about the sandwiches.
