1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dijon mustard or more depending on your taste
4 to 5 chicken breasts cut in strips
1-1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine mayonnaise and honey mustard in medium bowl. Add chicken to mixture to coat. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and roll chicken in crumbs. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 to 20 minutes or until starts to brown.
This picture is before they were baked. Everyone ate them too quick when they were done so I didn't get a picture afterwards:)
That's a nice and easy, quick recipe. It feels good when everyone enjoys what you cooked and eats it all. That's funny about the picture! I always keep my camera on the kitchen counter so it reminds me to get a final shot.
ReplyDeleteIt is very easy to make and is great for anytime. That's a good idea about keeping the camera near to get a final shot of the finished food!
DeleteThis is perfect for nation chicken tenders day :)
