Fall is here and the air is turning cooler, so I'm starting to think about baking and using the oven more recently. Here's a recipe that my daughter really likes. It's so easy and doesn't take many ingredients.
Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 -large (16 oz.) bag of medium noodles
1-can of albacore white tuna
1- can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken if you prefer)
1- 8 ounce bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 of a can of milk (from empty soup can)
Pepper to taste
Boil noodles in large pot in boiling water as directed on bag until tender or al dente. Drain and put in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Add tuna, soup, cheese and milk with noodles and mix well. Cover dish with lid or foil. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
