Epica Large Digit Timer ~ #Review #timer1

I recently got to try out a super little product which is the Epica Large Digit Timer. Since I use a timer regularly when cooking this really will come in handy. You know, when you get sidetracked and forget you put something on the stove or how long you've had a cake in the oven. It's happened to me before,  Who wants burnt cookies or any type of food, for that matter? Nobody in my family, does, that's for sure!

The Epica Large Digit Timer uses one AAA battery which comes with the timer so this is really nice. No looking for a battery right away or having to purchase one. To set it all you do is press the M and S buttons until you reach the time you want to elapse before the alarm goes off. Then you press the start button for the countdown and that's it! When the time is up you hear the alarm go off. If you happen to be boiling eggs or repeatedly timing the same task, the timer automatically resets itself to the time you entered last.

The alarm is nice and loud so I can hear it in the next room, even if I have the television going. A great feature is that the beeper will continue to go off for a minute, unless you manually turn it off before that. You can set the timer for up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds, so it can be set for lots of different purposes.

I don't have any problem seeing the numbers on the timer because they are nice and large with the 1.5" x 2.5" display. Another great feature is that this cool timer can be placed any place you can think of. It's got a magnet on the back so you can put it on the refrigerator or another metal surface. It also can be set up on a table or counter with the fold out stand, or can be hung up with the spring clip that is attached.

I'm very happy with this timer and know it will really come in handy for setting the time for my cooking. The product also comes with a 1 year warranty.

Disclosure: I received free sample in exchange for a product review. However, all opinions expressed here are my own.

  1. I just received one of these too! My son has to read for 30 minutes every day, so he used it for that. It was easy enough for him to do himself.
