Info About the Peppermint Oil:

My Thoughts:

I'm sure you have heard that essential oils are really a big item these days. They are good for aromatherapy and so much more! I really haven't had much experience with any before so was very excited to try out some from a company called InstaNatural.

For my review I received a bottle of Peppermint Oil plus a bottle of Lemon Essential Oil. These come in generous 4 fluid ounce brown glass bottle with droppers. When I received the bottles the rubber black top of the droppers were squeezed together, although when I took the shrinkwrap off the bottles they popped out. I also noticed that the Peppermint Oil was more full than the other bottle. I don't know if there was a leak or if it was just manufactured that way because there was no wetness on the packaging.

Even without opening the bottles, I could immediately smell the peppermint and lemon fragrances, which were awesome! These oils are 100% pure and natural with nothing added, so they are potent and strong. It is recommended by InstaNatural to dilute well if you are using the oil on your skin and do a small test patch first. Also, if you are pregnant they recommend to first consult your doctor before use.

The Peppermint Oil is great for using as a relaxant. I've been using a couple of drops on my pillow when I go to bed the last few nights. Wow! It really is comforting and helps me drift off to sleep. I also put a small amount on a cotton ball in one of my bathrooms and it sure makes the room smell so minty and wonderful. 

Info about the Lemon Oil:

Our Lemon Essential Oil is extracted from the rinds of lemon, which lends its fresh citrus fragrance. This cold-pressed oil has a strong bright scent that is both refreshing and uplifting. Its astringent and purifying properties also make it a great aid to help cleanse and tone the skin, while delivering a boost of Vitamin C antioxidant benefits.

My Thoughts:

The Lemon Oil has a wonderfully smelling fragrance, just like freshly cut lemons! Like the Peppermint Oil, it is recommened to dilute the Lemon Oil before using on your skin. You should also avoid the sun after usin this oil since it can cause photoirritation. 

I have used the Lemon Oil for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom sinks. They leave them smelling so fresh and squeaky clean! I've been using it all over the house. I also added a few drops in my vacuum cleaner bag and it makes my carpet smell so fresh! You can also make your own  facial cleanser with it or for toning your skin. 

All in all I'm really happy with the InstaNatural Peppermint and Lemon Oils and would recommend them!
