Ozeri has such high quality products and they are always packaged so well and secure when I receive them too. Today I had the pleasure to try out the Ozeri Epicurean Digital Kitchen Scale which I'd say is most exquisite kitchen scale I have ever seen.

Do you like to cook and sometimes don't get the right measurements for your ingredients? I have on different occasions before. Using measuring cups sometimes does not get the accurate measurement, especially for flour. Then you end up with thin cookies like I have done more than once.

That's why the Ozeri Epicurean Digital Kitchen Scale is coming in real handy for my kitchen. This is an elegant and very modern looking scale indeed. It also is a sturdy and well made kitchen scale. It doesn't take up a lot of space on your kitchen counter and would look great sitting with your other kitchen appliances.

This awesome scale would be great for measuring your amount of food for dieters or people watching their calorie intake also. You will know the specific measurement of your food and there will be no more guessing how much you ate. It is a lot easier than measuring the old fashioned way with measuring cups or what have you. The numbers are so easy to see even with a large bowl on the scale.

The Ozeri Eipicurean Digital Kitchen Scale has a neat shatter-resistant glass top weighing platform that is elevated from the touch buttons and LCD panel. It has a maximum weight display of up to 5000 g (176 oz) which is equivalent to 5 kg or 11/ lbs.

It also comes equipped with 4 AAA batteries and I like the easy battery compartment that you don't need a screwdriver to open it. You don't have to worry running down the batteries right away either because the scale automatically turns off after 2 minutes of inactivity. It even lets you know when your batteries are low so you know when to replace them.

I also like the tare feature which is so easy to use. This feature is great in that it allows you to automatically subtract the weight of your bowl or plate and find out how much your food weighs. It works by resetting the LCD screen to zero with your bowl or plate already on the scale so you can then determine the weight of any additional food items that you add.
