Fire Blanket Review & Giveaway!
I received a Fire Blanket in the mail. Now at first i thought it was only for when your running from your house and you are trying to cover up to get thru the smoke. But then i started reading and i have to say, i was VERY relieved to see what else it does. It’s for stove fires!! Now anyone who knows me, knows i am a scaredy cat when it comes to cooking. I wont use oil, grease, nothing that can spark. I hate deep fryers, etc. LOL. Its all because of one fire (it was nothing to even mention is how small it was..maybe one spark LOL) BUT it scared me enough to never use any hazardous oils when cooking. Which is sad, because my husband loves greasy food. (well i let HIM cook those)
Anyways, since hubby is gone most of the time, i have to fend for myself. As much as i try to not cook WITH oils, we all know the natural oil comes out of foods too. So i am a little chicken at the stove, cooking on low for 2 hours, what would have taken 30 mins LOL. But , when i seen this fire blanket is for STOVE Fires…ahhh a sign of relief. For me, its like having back up in the kitchen. Like my hubby cant be here to rescue me, but my fire blanket is right here on the wall waiting to save the day!
