My Take: the EZ-Rider was easy to put together and within minutes my 3 yr old was scooting his way down the driveway. I was a little apprehensive since this was his first time ever on a scooter but the wide wheels and platform deck quickly proved to me that he would not fall off. Of course being the overprotective mommy I am, he had his bike helmet, and pads in place.

Things I love: the storage features, not only does the handle fold into the scooter but the black handlebars can be removed and tucked into the red center portion of the tbar so they don’t stick out. Even better the handlebars are tethered so you won’t lose them. I also like that the handlebar is adjustable. We currently have it on the lowest setting and there is quite a bit of distance between the lowest and highest settings so this scooter will be used for many years to come. As much as I tried to look for something negative about the EZ-Rider I couldn’t (other than the fact the 16 month old wants it all the time to sit and scoot on and that causes major fights). I would recommend the EZ-Rider to any parent looking for an safe, easy scooter to buy for their children.
